What are some of the best things about your team?
They are the best of the best...so smart, hard working, friendly, and kind. They became fast friends and we work well together. Very hard-working and the cream of the crop!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The work is interesting, challenging, and makes me better every day. The people support me, encourage me, and keep me growing. I love my manager and my team. I'm very happy
What makes you most happy at work?
In the past, I've had managers that were miserable and so they spread misery. Same with coworkers. I've never found a place that has both an excellent manager, excellent team, and a role that's perfect for me. I feel like God brought me here
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Such heart, compassion, and strong communication. They believe in the company and the employees...they work extremely hard and don't sit back on their haunches while we do all the work. The show appreciation but also are honest when things need improvement. They value everyone, no matter the role
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I get paid to do work that I love. From the getgo, they didn't try to bait me into the company with low pay and the promise that I'll get a raise someday. I've had this at other companies and it never happens. I was paid fairly from the beginning.
