12+ years at INFA/industry for over 40 years. I am apalled at the behavior, lies, bullying, threats, comments, actions of Terry Goetz and saddened that management has not dealt with this matter sooner. And those that have gone to Sr Management are shamed and threatened by Terry on his calls.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Knowing who they are hiring into Sales Positions. Continue to Promote from within, like Ewan Henderson.

I do not feel like my base pay is in line with today's new hires or the industry.

Meeting with the people that have been here for more than 12 months, and having intellectual and industry specific conversation.
