I appreciate very much being a contributing team member of a company that has been evolving and innovating consistently for over 30 years. I can't imagine how much blood, sweat and tears have gone into its growth and development. I have pride in being a small but integral part of the ongoing work.

People are "all in" for the bigger vision. There is a level of cooperation and desire to help that I don't often see at other organizations. There is less of the kind of competitiveness that's mostly negative (siloed, lack of support, proactive undermining, etc.).
