There is so much potential - personal growth, career, company, monetary, product...the sky is the limit

They are transparent, intelligent, value communication, and seem very informed on internal and external culture and landscape for Informatica to thrive

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Being brand new, I love the emphasis on collaboration from the get go - I am excited to contribute and I'm excited to be surrounded by people ready and willing to support me. I feel very comfortable to be myself and let me strengths shine here with such a welcoming and diverse culture
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Medical option very good, love that there are enhanced plans for vision and dental, flex time off is greatly appreciated, and the parental leave plan is excellent. I judge companies by their parental leave policies even if I do not intend to use it - it says so much about the value on humans!
