They seem to speak in simple terms so the vast majority can understand the state of the company and forward looking plans
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
In our team some groups are clique like and it inclusion seems to be based on ethnicity, so as a minority in the company (non asian) often feel like an outsider
