Awesome. Smart. Honest. Totally different than my previous job, so I definitely see the difference and appreciate it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Overall, people are great. There are some people that aren't so great, but the SF culture seems to smooth it out quickly.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was excited to see contractors got healthcare. When I dug deeper it was the high deductible health care only. That's pretty much useless.
