My team is full of very smart, driven and overall passionate about their work.
What makes you most happy at work?
Coffee Bars, Amazing Offices, Great People and Meaningful work. I feel like the things I do matter and I can point to them, literally, and proudly say "I had a role in making this happen".
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The Benefits and Work Life Balance are objectively the best in the industry outside of start up / unicorn spaces. Sometimes, I feel like I don't have a job depending on the time of the year.
