What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Co-workers are mostly treat, but there definitely are some jealous petty individuals who create lots of rumors and unnecessary politics
What makes you most happy at work?
I love my job. I don’t live that you have to deal with politics all the time which prevents you from doing the actual work very often
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Very competitive, everyone’s at each other’s throats, the spirit of collaboration is being promoted on pair, but in reality it’s yet the opposite. The environment and team vibe is not healthy
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Be less shady. They don’t talk to the team, make decisions behind closed doors, lack of transparency and actual interest in their team. Make decisions that don’t make sense, move people around/assign to the roles they didn’t interview for without explanation
