Overly dramatic culture but mostly interesting work. A bit technically backwards in UI

The salary is above market
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Clarity of communication. Because the leadership is fairly “flat” it can be noisy. You don’t always know who’s saying the right thing vs. who’s the noisiest.
