What needs to change to make the company culture better?
workers don't feel like upper management backs them

listening to the workers and not berating them on a constant basis

this is basically the same question as before...management needs to get their act together

working as a team is always better...rough to do when you are one person in a department per shift

minimum wage has gone up twice since i started at Sears but not my base pay, which is below minimum wage as it is base pay and commission
