Teamwork between low level associates is really good.

Stop trying to compete with everyone and quit performing to an unrealistic number.

Costs are too high. For a company this size they should be able to negotiate better.

Get back to the basics of what the company was and stop trying to compete with everyone else.

Low level associates know what to do and how to get things done. Management just won't let them.
