Dan Limbert is a terrible CEO and does not look out for the best interest of the company or his employees.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
All of the employees hate working there. When they walk in the door for work, every shred of happiness and sense of ambition is torn away from them by management and are expected to go out and attempt to show enthusiasm for their job.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Give the employees an incentive to come to work every day. The pay is awful. They give you a lame $5 per hour base pay plus commission, which isnt that much. I could sell a $300 lawn mower and only get paid $2. I could have spent an hour working with the customer and all I made out of it was $7.
