Very minimal and too many tarries and call outs

Morale is very poor and needs to improve. Employees need something to look forward to. Actions speak louder than words.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Bringing in newer and more exciting products. Hire more staff. Be fair and listen to what employees need. No communication at all.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are hardly any merchandise in the store and with every passing day it seems to diminish. Not a lot of new things come into the store. It’s always the same products that hang on racks and sit in shelves day after day and year after year. It just keeps getting cheaper and cheaper every week.
