Your company is trash and is almost dead, give up while the getting isn't that bad.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team and immediate in store management are terrific, but the actual company has so many flaws Swiss cheese is jealous of how many holes are in the company.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Management is great, corporate can bite me where the sun don't shine. Maybe instead of pocketing all the extra payroll at the end of every year, you give it towards employees or advertising. Then maybe you wouldn't be closing all of your stores and fail as a business.
