a lot of people coasting or pretending that they know what they are doing. A lot of holding tight on a deck of a sinking ship.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Tip heaven with upper Managment. People in positions that they moved into with no proper schooling, fashion background or skill sets. A lot of people pretending that they have knowledge and skills!

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

They were a leader and they have no direction. They refuse to understand or except that the customer base is the new American... the people who have not been in the USA for long and are now raising kids! They need to meet the needs of these customers and embrace the diversity of culture in design
