Im a service tech im in a truck by my self and interact with members and make them happy and believe in the company
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Been with company for 7 years only got a raise once due to half of team leaving to another company offering 3 dollars an hour more.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They dont ask employees what will make job easier or more efficent. They just come up with things that make no sence waste money and make job harder
