The experience is negative. Dealing with people who have an issue with store or a manager is very difficult.

Better training needs to be done. Computer training cannot teach you everything.

Communication. What actual needs be done never gets done due to individual demands.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Sears is in debt. They close stores left and right to make up the difference. I feel that every store in the US is going to be closed to sell the company
