Very quick and straight forward

Not aware of any compensation, employee discount card handed out at the beginning hasn't ever worked

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Organization/management of tasks, communication between sales reps and merchandise pick-up associates, avoid under-staffing busy departments

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Customers tend to be on the rude side of the scale, which can't really be improved by the business. Work load is not really distributed very well, and one person may be assigned too many tasks at once
