It was streamlined and I was hired quickly and able to start soon after.
With all the stores closing, including the one I work at. I don't think anything can/will be improved at my location.
The meetings are a waste of time if they only focus on telling people to go and do their jobs which you can't do if you're at a pointless meeting.
They need to streamline the checkout experience and focus on getting people in and out the door instead of focusing on things like credits and signing people up for the rewards program.
