What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
No matter what team or department you're in, anyone is willing to lend a helping hand. We have a healthy work environment but everyone works hard. All ideas are open for discussion and everyone is a team player.

I had to present, which told me they took the role seriously.

I enjoyed meeting with the whole team to get a good feel for the team I'd be working with.

I interviewed with several members of my future team but it was a two way interview. I felt comfortable asking them questions as well to make sure Seismic was a good fit.
