People having same experience are paid more. Appraisal and hikes are dependent on your repo with your seniors, manager and directors

We thrive to deliver product though given the time constraint and no vision towards the product getting developed.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Stop inviting people from Oracle. Will increase the bar at Level 1 so to filter out effort at L2 and L3 Will ask job relevant questions.
