Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The switch to Lyra drastically decreased the access to mental health services as 12 sessions are not enough for constancy for therapy sessions. Additionally, there are very few Lyra providers in MA making this benefit seem WA focused rather than good for the global team.
