Even though I'm a field employee, working remotely, I have been made to feel just as much a part of the team as those who will be returning to the office in 2022.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
This is one of the more generous compensation packages I've been offered in this industry. In addition to salary/bonus opportunities, RSUs are a great way to make employees feel invested - literally and figuratively - in our work.
