Trust. Everyone is professional and accountable. It's a great environment.

Transparency is huge within SMAR leadership. They communicate near term and long term goals and trust the team to get it done.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Trust. Accountability. Transparency. The people are all friendly. I'm in a fully remote role and I honestly want to go back to the office to meet these people. It's unique.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
it's very well rounded. Great salary. Good medical benefits that are getting even better next year. 401k match is not great but they provide other long term retirement benefits (ESPP and RSU grants).
