Base salary is competitive. Bonus is great. Still waiting to hear/understand what will take the place of stock/RSUs.

The flexibility and understanding of teammates and managers. I don't feel hounded, I feel encouraged to do a good job.

I care about them, and they genuinely seem to care about me too. We work well together, even though we are all remote workers.

Even though we are all remote, I feel like 2 years into the pandemic, we're still coming up with new ways to find connection and collaboration.

The best word right now to describe the leadership team is "fluctuating". Waiting for the dust to settle on all the changes in leadership since the acquisition.

I feel like they are investing in me, even from the start, through what they communicate to me as well as what they offer me through compensation, benefits, and recognition.

The benefits support all areas of my life, from financial stability to fully covered health care and mental health care. This is the first job where I'm financially supported for today as well as in the future.

There are a number of different ways to connect with others, even outside my team, and I feel I have the time to give to that, not just getting my tasks done. The majority of people genuinely seem to want to know me as a person.
