The people I get to work with, both coworkers and other teams, everyone is so lovely.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is so open, friendly, ready to help, and value each other as people. People really live the company values and are accountable and build trust while leveraging differences.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they all feel approachable, like real people. They aren't like a lot of executive leadership who feel really distant. Here I know who all my leaders are and know they would talk to me any time if I wanted to talk with them.
