What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture of learning and sharing. The engineering org plans weekly learning sessions, frequent demos, etc.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited vacation with the company culture of actually taking days off! We are encouraged to take breaks as needed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They plan fun and interesting company-wide events, like Hack the Sheet Pan, where they brought in a professional chef to teach us how to make a meal for Valentine's day!
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is invested in helping each other. Even though we work remotely, we are willing to jump into calls with each other and help each other out. We also have dedicated weekly meetings just to learning and have group lunches/hangouts.
