Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Up until recently, it was the best place I have ever worked. But the wheels have well and truly fallen off in the last 6 months since we were acquired. Everything they assured us wouldn't happen, appears to be happening. People are demotivated and leaving.

Acknowledging mistakes, accepting responsibility and rewarding employees for loyalty.

High-performing team, genuine open culture where you can ask anyone in the team for help & support.

Invest time with different teams. Clearly articulate their vision, company goals and your role on making it happen.

We care, we look after each other, we respect each other and hold each other to account. We get the best out of one another.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I don't feel senior management genuinely care about us or our customers. Trust has been massively damaged with the way our new business model was rolled out.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are no longer paying competitive salaries giving the level of work we are producing. Especially now that stock options are no longer offered with no talk of any replacement incentive.
