-Very helpful and friendly to new joiners -Long tenures which is rare in SaaS -All interesting backgrounds
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very tenured leadership team. CEO has been with the company since 2007 and he really understand what is happening on the work floor. Manager has also been with the company for 12 years. Great open culture, people taking accountability for their work and great compensation
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very clear strategic goals for growth make everyone feeling pumped about growing, yet it is done in a sustainable way. So the company invests in people and doesn't overload them with work. The long tenure of employees makes you feel like you're being part of a great journey instead of a cash cow
