When the company was focused on succeeding by delivering value and new products to clients - this place rocked. That isn't the case now. We're not focused on delivering value, I don't know what we're focused on. We're adrift. We see people jumping ship every day. It's discouraging.

This job was great a year ago. Then every change, at every opportunity, the leadership team has decided to make it worse. It used to be a rare occurrence to talk to a client that didn't like Smartsheet. Now, my job is to get yelled at while charging them more for the same thing.

I suppose it's my hybrid work schedule. But Smartsheet doesn't have an actual culture anymore, not as a company. Teams and departments have cultures, but nothing is connected. We're more of a group of wholly owned subsidiaries than a real company.
