Lifetime Smartsheet account ;) That you can opt out of our pretty basic health insurance (for me, I use my partners, which is better) and get paid more instead. We have unlimited PTO and are encouraged to take it.

Great place to work as a parent -- very friendly remote work policies, and I'm able to define my own hours (while still attending key meetings and getting my work done) and take advantage of our unlimited time off policy.

They make me simultaneously feel challenged and supported. They are intentional about fostering a great work culture, where employees care about each other and having fun, while also focusing on building a great product that our customers love and will pay for.
