They need to balance the work load among employees. They also need to reward high performing employees with incentives/raises/promotions and acknowledgment.
They need to be better at team work and realize we are all working towards the common goal of taking care of our customers.
There are many different types of people here, but we all work together despite our differences. Perhaps we work better, as a team because of our differences. I find it helpful that with our various backgrounds, we all bring different perspectives and experiences to the table.
