Overall it's a great company. I work hard to get an advancement but it still hasn't happen. It's not how hard you work. It's who you know. Which is a hard thing.

Salaries in the Finance whole is not close to the market rate. Some teams are paid under the market vale. We seem to be the underdogs but work hardest to bring in the money.
