We help each other, train each other and most of all have a lot of fun together.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I cannot know as the medical insurance has not come through in three months. Hopefully sooner than later.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to perform at my best after learning something. Which is a daily thing. Nothing is ever repetitive or boring.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They set an example. Train and care about your learning process. People are always first and this contributes to placing work a the highest.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is friendly and available to help in any way. Sometimes people are soooo busy but they do take a moment to reply. Culture is magnificent.
