everything seems to be such a mess and difficult to get things done, people complain alot which is very draining. I thought I was coming in to do one job turns out i've ended up doing something quite different

the london office is great, fun people and a welcoming atmosphere
What are some of the best things about your team?
my direct team are great, extremely smart, very driven, great to be around and alot of fun
What do you like best about the leadership team?
they seem to be generally positive about rallying the teams, however I think there are alot of things that need to be reconsidered particularly the size of the sales team, lack of decent training and a poor channel strategy
