What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is super helpful. It doesn't matter if I have had very little interaction with someone or a daily interaction, they are always willing to help.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The opportunity for quarterly performance bonuses. Having that opportunity based on how well we perform is amazing. It really shows they are rewarding people for doing their work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Honesty and openness. Every member of the leadership team gives me the sense of having an "open door" policy. We are growing rapidly but still have a small company feel.
What makes you most happy at work?
Utilizing my knowledge on a daily basis. There aren't any mind numbing tasks we have to do. Everything we do on a day to day basis has meaning if not for our customers but for the company,.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Inclusion. It's very on-topic in the world right now but Smartsheet takes it to another level by giving anyone and everyone a platform to feel included and sharing thoughts and opinions. Every single person's voice matters here.
