What do you like best about the leadership team?
Continuous support and engagement with employees. A sense of caring on a personal and professional level, even when working remotely and not even in the same state as each other. Lots of effort to ensure that employees succeed and, in turn, the company succeeds.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the trust that leadership puts in its employees, which makes me most happy to log in every day. I also love the strong support system. I know if I am struggling, I have my manager or team to turn to for help.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
This answer came up with every person I spoke to during my interview process with Smartsheet (about 7-8 people), which now I can attest to myself - the people! Everyone has been so supportive and interested in succeeding, helping each other succeed, and seeing our customers and the company succeed.
