Our benefits have eroded since I started here. We used to have healthcare covered, now we don't. Lyra was much better than Modern Health. We no longer get RSUs, a significant portion of compensation, and I don't think we will get raises to offset that loss.
USM has been a nightmare for my role. Directly (customers are furious) and indirectly via the negativity internally. I spend a lot of my day answering questions leadership has no direction on and playing damage control instead of growing our business. I've completely lost confidence in the direction
