Pays the bills and learning a bit now. Longer-term focus and desire is lacking. Upcoming changes present more risk than upside

Lots of opportunity in the market and good flexibility. Company is badly managed and not yet improving. Culture is hollowed out and quite dystopian at times. Pay was good for the market, but is now very much average for the industry. Starting to see some really good people leave

Lack of strategy, lack of culture and leadership (leadership are absent and transactional), company culture is deteriorating
