It has been a rollercoaster of ambiguity, but its been very fun and I'm mostly grateful for everything, even the not so great parts because they've been circumstantial.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Market is higher in most cases (salary-wise) and no adjustments are being taken into consideration despite huge inflation spikes and no drops in revenue or sales, yet we continue to feel 'rationed'.
