My experience so far has been really good. The company has a great culture, my manager is inviting and helpful. The benefits are good. The only worry I have is being new and the recession we are going through.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is great to have free healthcare! Also the unlimited PTO is also nice, although I haven't really figured out how much time I should be taking.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team has been very inviting and helpful. Anytime I have had a question, my team/ manager either answers it or offers to get on a zoom call to help.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like getting to make customers happy with what we have to offer. Most of my engagements, the customers have seemed really excited to be working with me and Smartsheet.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the relaxed vibe where you focus on your work versus being in uncomfortable clothes. I like how in touch the CEO is and how he wants to connect with the org. I like that in a world of so much going on, he talks about issues like Roe Vs Wade.
