At three months with the company, I am still getting to know the executive team. However, so far, I appreciate the candor and transparency.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I do think I'm compensated at a fair level, however, after experiencing the job market I also feel in the technology space that the compensation could be a bit more competitive. I most appreciate the flexibility about my position.
