My team is respectful of one another. You can tell that they truly care about each other as well as the company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My salary and bonus percentage. I feel like my salary matches my skillset, which is something I didn't feel at my previous employer. Also, I've never heard of a company offering a 15% bonus (the standard for me pre-Smartsheet was 10%).
