Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Losing RSU's a few years ago because I'm a level 6 has been hard. I feel like I've lost out on money staying here

The recent decisions the leadership team shows they are interested in our future success and that makes me happy to be a part of the team.

We all really do believe in the power of team. We challenge each other but never attack. And we try to have a little bit of fun along the way
