I've never experienced the amount of support everybody is willing to provide in a work environment before.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everybody is very supportive, regardless of how recently or how long ago you've been working here. I've never had so many individuals reach out to help with getting me to get acclimated!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The segment that I work in seems to have different challenges than that of others but has the same expected output. Those other segments appear to be doing much better than my peers in mine but having the same compensation structure impacts our ability to earn.
