Overall is really good. I am pretty new so I dont know much about other opportunities do I have. Sometimes the amount of work can be overwhelming, especially when you are brand new. Every process here is very manual, which is the most surprising thing for me being this a tech company.

Flexible, open minded, not micromanagement, the company constantly ask for the employees opinion on how to do better

Most of them are willing to help, most of them care about their job, most of them are team worker.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part for me is I can fully work from home and If I need to do something personal the company is flexible.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everybody looks to be in the same page and wants to help you when you need something. Almost everybody response is quick.
