They need to work as a team. At this point they tend to be more about their own goals.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I think that at this point expectations are a bit all over the place, communication from leadership from US is not aligned to the culture in CR and there are a lot of comments around if we don't get to the expectations there will be other decisions taken, which makes me think that I could get fired.
