The fact that I get to do what I love everyday and that my work impact people in a positive way. I definitely enjoy doing salesforce

That they let me do my job to the best of my abilities and don't micromanage me, making me a lot more productive and happy that I've been in years.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That the employee and their work are respected. That people do not micromanage other people and that makes me trust the company and management a lot, since I feel that I'm trusted and the work I do, too.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The Paid Time Off, I'm able to enjoy my family and enjoy my life, and that makes me really happy when working, because I know I can take my time if I'm not feeling good or having a hard time, and no one will retaliate against me for taking some time off.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I never doubt that they will help me, it does not matter if what I have to do is really difficult, I know they will help me if I ask. They are the most knowledgeable people I have met, I think the team is amazing and has a lot of things I can learn from.
