Health care at Smartsheet is great - 100% covered by employer, and newly added 401k program. The ESPP is great as well. Just this quarter they added Care.com for employees, really forward thinking coverage.

Talent is rewarded and managers are encouraged to keep high performers content with compensation. In addition to a fair base pay, we have a great ESPP program alongside our benefits to save employees high health care costs.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Employees are encouraged to keep the culture strong, it isn't something that leaders build and maintain themselves. Every interaction matters, and from what I see people are trusted to do the work they are hired to do.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We hire and retain top talent and skill, but all while taking into consideration the individual that we are selecting to join the team. This has made a big impact as we've scaled, drawing more and more amazing colleagues to work here.

The employees are tasked with maintaining the culture, from leadership down it takes each and every person to ensure we have an inclusive and thoughtful employee base. Knowing the responsibility is in each employee, we can all do our part to maintain a great culture.

As fast as we are growing, it's refreshing to still have an enjoyable work environment to come to each and every day. There is a great vibe and support throughout the different teams and a very understanding team when it comes to balancing work and personal life.
What makes you most happy at work?
There is an excitement around what we are building, and what we can unlock for our customers which I love, but the main reason I am satisfied at work is because I am giving autonomy to do my job and make a difference, there is a high level of trust given to me and I really appreciate that.
