Middle management seems to care about wellbeing of employees and are reliable.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Transparency and speaking to employees like valued partners in our shared success, not speaking in metaphors and corporate speak that communicates very little of value.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We paused millions of dollars worth of scheduled true ups and provided no quota relief. This will be the worst W-2 filed for most sales/cs employees.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Releasing all-encompassing product/subscription changes when they are ready, not prematurely to grow valuation for an acquisition and leave Rev teams in the dark while they try to explain it all to existing customers.
